Full Job Description
- Assist customers in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate
- Place orders for parts from suppliers and handle special orders for customers
- Promote and sell parts and accessories to customers, both in-person and over the
- Provide technical information and advice to customers regarding parts and their applications
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for parts
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of transactions, sales, and customer interactions
- Work closely with service technicians and other departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of parts.
- Organise and manage the parts storage area to ensure easy access and retrieval of parts
- Stay updated on new products, parts, and accessories, and attend training sessions as needed
Parts Advisor Banbury Full Time Starting salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, negotiable depending on age and experience - Clean driving licence
- Experience preferred
- Must be organised and logical
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Strong team player
- Attention to detail is crucial
