Full Job Description

Our Parts Team is an integral part of the whole dealership. As one of our Parts Advisors, you will liaise daily, with the
external customers, workshop technicians, service, and sales teams. By working closely with these other departments and
customers, we ensure customer lead time scales are always met.

  • Manage and distribute parts orders from customers and other departments. Respond to internal and external parts enquiries

  • Deliver parts daily to the workshop

  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes and all relevant documentation

  • Handle, protect and package parts and check, inspect and test incoming, outgoing and stock parts

    Previous experience within the automotive sector is essential

  • Computer literate, including MS Office packages

  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the telephone

  • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail

  • A manual driving licence would be preferred; but not essential
