Parts Advisor

We require a Parts Advisor who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible.

• Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning.
• To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products.
• To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners
• Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements.
• To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods.
  
  Technical understanding of vehicles
• High level of customer service skills
• IT Literacy
• Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
• Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.

  5 days per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.30pm
