Full Job Description

LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated Parts Process Controller to join our team. As a Parts Process Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency of our parts operations, ensuring that processes are followed and optimised for maximum productivity. Your attention to detail and ability to handle inventory management will play a significant role in supporting our workshop and service departments.,

  • Manage the entire parts process, from order intake to stock replenishment.
  • Ensure accurate processing of parts orders and timely delivery to the workshop and customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve parts availability and response times.
  • Drive efficiency improvements and implement best practice processes within the parts department.

    Previous experience in a parts management or process control role within the automotive environment.
  • Strong understanding of parts operations and inventory management principles.
  • Proficient in using parts management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving processes.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • A valid driver's license.
