• You are self-motivated, communicate well, and can multi-task whilst maintaining great attention to detail

• Looking to develop and grow in the Events and Sales industry


What you'll be doing :

• Reporting directly to the Sales and Events Manager and working closely to proactively drive business into the venue


• Working towards sales targets and upholding a high conversion rate


• Responding to all enquiries within 24 hours


• Responsible for the end-to-end management of client reservations / events from proposal to delivery


• Customer focussed with an aim to grow relationships and create a strong client network


• Liaising with clients over the phone, via email and face to face


• Be into the detail of all bookings to ensure that event notes and pre orders are noted correctly to allow for a smooth delivery


• Conducting site show-rounds and helping guests to tailor their perfect event


• Increasing spend per head by proactively upselling food and drink packages to customer


• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Events Manager to support strategic sales plans.


Place and Hour of Work :

• Based at Market House working 5 days a week.


• Working hours will include Friday and Saturday evenings as a Host to welcome and greet the bookings that have been made.
