Our dynamic team oversees approximately 350 Passenger Assistants dedicated to supporting Wiltshire's most vulnerable individuals. Through effective resource management, our Coordinators navigate changing and challenging demands, collaborating closely with Passenger Assistants to ensure the diverse needs of our service users are met.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player and an exceptional communicator with strong negotiation skills. Adaptability is crucial in this role, as priorities may shift based on the evolving demands of our service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a requirement, and any supervisory experience will be considered a valuable asset., Disability Confident
