Full Job Description

Hours: 25 hours per week, 9:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday including half an hour for lunch (unpaid), including attendance at INSET and Open Mornings. Some flexibility on start and finish times may be considered.

Salary: £12,204 per annum pro-rata inclusive of holiday pay (£25,168 FTE).

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only plus one week during school holiday periods (36 weeks per year).

Please note this role is based on-site.

We are seeking a Pastoral Administrator to support the Designated Safeguarding Lead and wider Pastoral Team at St George's College. The Pastoral Administrator will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, generate reports relating to behaviour, attendance and well-being, and coordinate meetings and training when required. The successful candidate will have good administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, proficiency using a variety of IT systems.

They will be able to maintain confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive information with discretion, whilst being mindful of observing safeguarding and professional standards.
