Job overview We are seeking to appoint a driven, proactive and conscientious Pastoral Administrator, to support the Key stage Pastoral Leader and Key Stage tutors in supporting all students in the key stage to achieve their full potential. We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • has a passion for working with young people and the impact this can have on their lives.
  • has a range of high-quality organisational skills and a commitment to continually strive to improve and develop these skills.
  • has imagination and can take the initiative in developing ideas.
  • has highly developed inter-personal skills who can develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, and parents.
  • In addition to these personal qualities, you will be:
  • able to inspire and enthuse students, staff and the community.
  • engaged in current issues, ideas and research around secondary education.
  • passionate about the impact education can have on the lives of young people.
  • a professional with drive, energy and determination.
