Pastoral Lead

With guidance, but with significant responsibility and autonomy, be responsible for co-ordinating training and development of staff, dealing with correspondence or enquiries and co-ordinating, monitoring and managing administrative/clerical activities or financial processes.

Working with senior staff on behaviour and attendance issues, developing and implementing policies and procedures to overcome obstacles to learning and improve participation in learning and school life.

Support staff and SENCO in delivering established procedures to address the needs of pupils and their parents/carers who require additional support to overcome the barriers to learning; including attendance and behaviour.
