Full Job Description
As a Pastoral Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and personal development of our students. You will provide one-on-one support, manage behaviour, and implement pastoral care programs that encourage positive student outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering guidance and support to students with emotional, social, and behavioural needs
- Developing and implementing individualised support plans
- Working with parents, carers, and external agencies to provide comprehensive support.
- Promoting positive behaviour and resolving conflicts.
- Monitoring attendance and addressing punctuality and truancy issues.
- Leading assemblies, workshops, and activities focused on well-being and personal development.
- Acting as a designated safeguarding lead, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and the Senior Leadership Team to identify and address student needs.
