About the role:

Ash Green School are seeking a positive, student-focused Pastoral Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Year this role will include ensuring the school's vision and ethos is securely established within the year group. Ensure effective implementation of the school's behaviour for learning policy and behaviour management procedures. Promote good attendance and where necessary ensure attendance is effectively managed in line with the school's attendance policy and procedures. Overall, ensuring that student's attendance, behaviour and attitudes result in them achieving good outcomes.
