Full Job Description
We are a relatively small 4-16 school, part of the Emmanuel Schools Foundation, and continuing a journey of improvement that offers great potential for rapid professional development. Reflecting our independent school heritage, we have a reduced school year (180 days for students) with 10 additional days of holidays for teaching staff. Christ's College has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Pastoral Support Team to help provide daily welfare and safeguarding support to students and their families. This is a key post within the school which requires dedication and a highly efficient and responsible approach, providing support and guidance to the staff and students on a range of administrative functions. This is a fixed-term maternity cover post from January 2025 until July 2025. You will provide support to vulnerable students, as well as implementing clearly articulated policies and procedures that ensure all students succeed and thrive. We are looking for a team member who:

- Is competent in dealing with parental queries and the handling of sensitive information
