Pastoral Support Officer

Future Academies Watford is looking for a dedicated and organised Pastoral Support Officer to join our experienced pastoral team. The Pastoral Support Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the well-being, behaviour, and attendance of students with a specific year group. The role requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage administrative procedures and provide essential pastoral support to students and their families.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to inspire children and young people, by being a positive role mode. You will help guide our students' progress through effective discipline, conduct, monitoring, targets setting and intervention, while reaping the reward of mentoring and changing the future for children.
