Full Job Description

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 8:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, including attendance at INSET and Open Mornings.

Salary: £16,139 per annum pro-rata inclusive of holiday pay (£26,328 FTE).

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

We are seeking a Pastoral Support Worker to join the Pastoral Team at St George's College. The Pastoral Support Worker will assist in providing one-to-one and group support to students facing social or emotional challenges.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a pastoral role, ideally within an educational setting, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders. They will be able to maintain confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive information with discretion, whilst being mindful of observing safeguarding and professional standards.
