Elthorne Park High School is a successful and significantly oversubscribed 11-18 mixed school with over 1400 students based in West London. We are incredibly proud of our inclusive practices and our large, and expanding, pastoral team and have a vacancy for a Pastoral Support Worker to join five others in this role which combines year team responsibilities with coordination of the school's pastoral intervention menu and includes support of the school's safeguarding leads with operational safeguarding matters. It is role ideally suited to someone with existing pastoral experience who is seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to have an impact in managing support for the school's most vulnerable students.
