Pastoral Worker

We are a non-denominational church, serving people in Cambridge, UK, and surrounding areas. We worship together, study the Bible, care for one another, and share the gospel. Our numbers have increased significantly over the last several years and we now seek to have another full-time pastoral worker, to serve primarily in our English ministry.

We are seeking for someone who, in accordance with the statement of faith and objectives of the church, will:

1. Pastor our English-speaking youths
2. Pastor other English-speaking members of the congregation
3. Help develop a rounded English ministry in the church
4. Train and equip co-workers

1. An appropriate and relevant seminary training
2. Experience of serving in church

You would thrive in this role if you were able to:

1. Pastor and teach the Bible in English
2. Develop and build up new ministry
3. Work as a team
4. Converse in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
