Your Role :

- Master Your Section : As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running a section of the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste. Collaborate with a Talented Team : You'll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs, supporting them in menu execution and contributing to new ideas and dishes that reflect our innovative approach to Indian cuisine. Maintain High Standards : You'll take charge of ensuring that your section is organised, clean, and compliant with food safety regulations at all times. Your attention to detail will ensure that every plate leaves the kitchen perfectly. Train Mentor : You'll have the chance to guide and support junior chefs, passing on your skills and ensuring that the team works together
Culinary Expertise : You have solid experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in high-end or fine dining restaurants, with a deep understanding of cooking techniques and ingredients.
