- Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to a high standard.
- Plan and execute dessert menus, incorporating seasonal and creative ideas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pastry kitchen, ensuring adherence to food hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the broader catering team to support school events and daily operations.
- Manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with expertise in baking and dessert preparation. - Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Creativity and attention to detail in crafting visually appealing and flavorful pastries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
