Centenary Restaurant, Southampton is the place to be to taste authentic Sichuan and Cantonese Cuisine. The restaurant can undertake various special banquets and parties. Diaoyutai State Banquet Chef of China creates a range of unique dishes to create the first Southampton Chinese Club for you, lunchtime offers a variety of dishes from a mouth-watering buffet whilst authentic Sichuan and Cantonese Cuisines are available during dinner.

Pastry / Dim Sum Chef

An experienced Pastry / Dim Sum Chef is required, with at least 10 years work experience, to make different styles of desserts and dim sums. A speaker of both Mandarin and English would be an advantage.

Salary £38,700 per annum.
