H&C Solutions is delighted to offer the opportunity to work as a Pastry Sous Chef position at one of London's most opulent five-star hotels. The restaurant's passion lies in sourcing the freshest organic produce for the chefs to work with. Their menus will use sustainable, seasonal produce that does not use pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, or GMOs. Under the guidance of a Michelin starred chef, this opportunity offers incredible potential for growth and development.,

  • An inspirational leader who can guide junior members through a busy service.

  • The successful Pastry Sous Chef will be in-charge of the pastry section and will have input into menus. You will need to be organised, passionate and creative.

  • All Pastry Sous Chefs applicants must have worked at a Sous level and ideally worked within a five starred hotel or Michelin starred restaurant previously.

    An incredible salary package of £48,000 to £55,000.

  • You will only work 45 hours per week; 4 days on and 3 days off.

  • Overtime is paid hourly.
