Full Job Description

Our kitchen is now looking for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our very successful brigade as we continue to grow.

  • Previous experience working as a Pastry Sous Chef or higher.

  • Experience working with a similar cuisine

  • Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn

  • Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards

  • Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team

  • Flexible availability, working any 4 days a week between Monday Sunday

  • Full ownership in your role
