Managing the day-to-day operations of Pathology IT systems, including third-party support and maintenance services.
Providing line management and leadership for the Pathology IT team.
Delivering efficient, safe, and effective IT services that comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Supporting the Pathology lead in managing the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Driving service improvements, enhancing efficiency and identifying income generation opportunities.
Engaging in service development projects and supporting data analysis initiatives.

We are seeking a motivated professional with:
Proven experience with Pathology information systems, ideally LIMS.
A background in Pathology and/or healthcare systems management.
Strong project management skills and a proactive approach to service development.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to manage a team effectively.
The ability to deliver high-quality, efficient IT services while supporting ongoing improvements.
