We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead all aspects of boys' County Age Group (CAG) cricket and the Emerging Players Programme (EPP) at WCCC. As Pathway Lead, you will manage full-time and sessional coaching teams, ensuring a smooth transition for players from the CAG pathway to the Academy and beyond to 1st XI cricket.
