Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen within Respiratory Medicine to be a Pathway Team Leader to support in the Service development, across our various sites. This is a great opportunity to expand on your leadership knowledge and experience. You will be working alongside a team of administrators and clinical staff., You will need to have excellent demonstrable communication, build and establish rapport, enthusiastic, a motivated leader, a team player and good problem solver. You will require high levels of tact, diplomacy & confidentiality, with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively to enabling you to day to day manage. The main duties include;

  • Implementing and developing admin protocols and processes.
  • Managing our administration staff. Including involvement in HR processes.
  • Waiting List management.
  • Supporting in the delivery of training and developing our admin teams.
  • Actively involved in recruitment and retention of admin staff.
  • Collaborative working with both clinical and non clinical colleagues to develop our Service needs
  • Working alongside Pathway Team Leader colleagues to maintain and develop our service.

    We are looking for a highly experienced individual who has experience of using different trust systems, managing and monitoring patient pathways, alongside working independently as well as in a team.
