We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust Patient access training team as an RTT Trainer.This post is open to those who wish to start a career as a Trainer in the NHS as well as those that already hold a professional training qualification.The post holder will work with our Senior Trainer and training team to assist in running efficient and high-quality RTT training across MTW sites, ensuring that all MTW staff gain the skills, knowledge and support required to work confidently and effectively while applying the elective care policy.

You will be able to develop and deliver training material in a variety of forms including written, in person and virtually.You will be confident in working with a variety of different staff groups and be able to adjust your communication style to suit your target audience.You will have the ability to analyse various data reports in order to identify training needs and work within your team to design and implement an action plan and training programme to address these issues with the objective of reducing errors.Strong organisation, communication and prioritisation skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to solve problems and work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.Please note that this role may often attract a high level of applications.
