Assist families with documentation requirements and processes related to bereavement
Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies regarding bereavement documentation
Liaise with doctors, wards, funeral directors, coroner and medical examiner, The role of the Flow leader is to ensure that work flows through the section.
The Flow leader will take action as required to ensure that appropriate steps
are taken to prevent/manage blockages or delays to the workflow within the
team, escalating issues to the Team Leader as appropriate. When rotating
out of the above capacity to a Health records Administrator capacity the
individual will work as part of the team to deliver Health Records processes.

We are looking for an empathetic team player to work in our bereavements administration department. You will be responsible for liaising with bereaved families to ensure statutory paperwork is completed in a timely manner
