Patient Assistant

We are looking for a bright individual to join our reception team with lots of enthusiasm committed to patient care., Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

Assist in administration relating to patient journey.

We are an expanding practice, with a list size of 12,500 patients.

Our current clinical team consists of 6 GP partners, 6 salaried GP's, a nursing and phlebotomy team. We have a team of 7 receptionist and a management and administration team.

Both the clinical and admin teams work very closely with one another trying to provide the best possible care for our patients.
