Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established Reception team in the role of a Patient Care Navigator. This role will assist our patients by facilitating their journey, helping direct them to the best route of care and considering more appropriate services. You will be based at our GP surgery and will be the first point of contact for our patients, always providing a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors., You will be working as part of our busy reception team ensuring our patients recieve the best possible care.
- The Grove Medical Group is a large GP practice in Gosforth with approximately 13000 patients . We are looking to employ a Patient Care Navigator for 37 hours to help provide support to our patients and clinicians. Working Days will be Monday to Friday and hours will be between our opening times of 8am to 6.30pm.
