The postholder will provide administrative and organisational support to the Patient and Carer Experience team and related workstreams. They will act as a first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries about Patient and Carer Experience. They will be responsible for maintaining and updating the information libraries and databases, providing summary reports as required and prepare and produce Agenda / Minutes for Patient and Carer Experience group whilst undertaking any other delegated duties as appropriate to the role. The postholder will ensure a comprehensive and robust information system is in place and maintained to meet the requirements of the project, for example: Manual input of surveys from the Interchange to the Analysis Software system. Responsibility of coding and categorising free text comments provided by Patients and Carers. Monitoring of Analysis Software data to identify when action plans are required and alerting clinical teams., TEWV encourages and supports all staff to be vaccinated as this remains the best line of defence against COVID19.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time (30 hours) team administrator to provide a comprehensive and effective administrative service to the Patient and Carer Experience Team. The post holder will support the Patient and Carer Experience Team in the effective management of the Trust wide data collection, reporting and service improvement systems for managing patient and carer experience feedback. The post holder will be educated to NVQ4 / Diploma level in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrable knowledge and experience or with substantial experiential learning and have administrative/secretarial experience of working in a busy environment. The post holder will be fluent in the use of all Microsoft Office software in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. The post holder will be able to plan, co-ordinate and support meetings and events and be able to record and transcribe minutes accurately., We are able to offer sponsorship for a Health and Care Worker or Skilled Worker visa, subject to candidate and position eligibility.
