Patient Coordinator - Colchester
Tues, Wed, Thurs 9am-4pm
This role is to support marketing on site and off site, referral growth including practice visits weekly across a 3 counties, networking for marketing events and successfully supporting attendees for events., + Communicate with patients and referring GDP providing support throughout their patient journey
+ Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
+ Record and monitor all referrals to the practice actively supporting the growth of incoming referrals
+ Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices
+ Co-ordinating events, educational programmes, study days, and open evenings

+ Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
+ Strong communication and organisational skills
+ Previous dental administrative experience desirable
+ Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
