Full Job Description

You will be a key point of contact for staff needing patient experience services. You will help ensure that patient information is organised, up-to-date and meets diverse needs.
You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to support the operation of the patient experience team - and information resources for patients and families., The post holder will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties, which include but not limited to; inbox management, database handling, resource promotion, organising rotas and seeking feedback.
To act as a focal point of contact and be responsible for the dissemination of information, messages and enquiries for the team, liaising with staff from across the Trust, patients & families, other health professionals and external partner agencies.
This role is office based at Birmingham Children's Hospital, but the postholder will need to work from other sites including Birmingham Women's Hospital.
