Patient Flow Coordinator

About the Role:As a Flow Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Discharge Lounge. You will work closely with our dedicated Receptionist, the Nursing Team, and the Nurse in Charge to deliver a high-quality service that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction.,

• Coordinating patient flow within the Discharge Lounge
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure timely and safe patient discharges
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with all team members
