Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to lead the admin team within the urgent and emergency care department at Frimley Park hospital

This is a new role to the site and you will have the exciting opportunity to build and develop the role supported by the service manager for the directorate.

It is an exciting time to be working in the Emergency Department where patient care is central to the goals of the organisation, and with modernised facilities this is the perfect time to come and join our team, You will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of Band 2 and Band 3 admin staff. You will work and support the team to deliver high standards of customer care across the 24/7 period, 365 days a year.

Within the role there will be opportunities to assist with planning for critical incidents, and restructuring the services we provide. You will focus on workforce planning, recruitment, ensuring staff are well trained. Appraisals, mandatory training are completed and complaint for all your staff. For the role we are looking for an individual with admin and leadership experience preferably in healthcare.
