Full Job Description
The recruitment team at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) are delighted to be able to offer a fantastic opportunity for a customer focussed, friendly and enthusiastic individual, as part of our expanding service.
You will be based at Lymington New Forest Hospital. You will be highly motivated and proactive to fill the role of Patient Pathway Coordinator. You will build good working relationships with Consultants, Admin Team, Nursing staff and external providers.
You will need good communication skills, written and verbal, as you will be speaking with patients both face to face and over the phone.
The Admin team supports multiple specialites across both outpatient and daycase surgery settings. The operating hours for our services are between 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.

There is flexibility with the shift pattern for this role across Monday - Friday between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00.
You will have a good standard of education with literacy and numeracy skills being key.
You will be proficient in using Microsoft products and have good keyboard skills.
You will have good administrative and organisational skills to manage your own workload.
A knowledge of medical terminology would be preferable, but not essential as training will be provided.
