An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Pathway Coordinator within Neurosciences at The Royal London Hospital for a fixed term contract., The Patient Pathway Coordinator will actively manage the administrative processes attached to patient pathways and consultant led outpatient clinics for ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients in order to deliver a high-quality administration service, a positive patient experience and excellent customer service.
Our Patient Pathway Coordinators are vital to ensuring in conjunction with outpatients and booking staff, that patients are scheduled in accordance with principles and target waiting times as set out in the NHS constitution for both cancer and RTT, taking action to expedite patient pathways where necessary.

The successful applicant must be a good team player, patient, focused, proactive, and well-organised with the ability to multitask and deal with frequent disruptions in a busy office environment. We are looking for hard working individuals who demonstrate close attention to detail, good knowledge of specialty specific patient pathways in accordance to the 18 week management from referral to treatment and have a positive approach to their work with good organizational skills. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge base within Neurosciences.
