Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and adaptable individual who has good attention to detail. The role demands excellent prioritisation skills, problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to ensure the smooth and efficient management of patient pathway. They will need to work well as part of a team, be professional and personable at all times, able to multi-task as well as being able to work under pressure., The Patient Pathway Navigator will lead on the tracking of pathways of patients. By working closely with a wide range of clinical and managerial staff, and providing high standard of administrative support, the post holder will ensure patients receive treatment as soon as possible and ensure national targets are met.

The post holder will work closely with the Assistant service manager,and clinical teams.
