Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual, but most importantly someone with a passion to ensure our young people and carers are at the centre of what we do, that their voices are not only heard but are an integral part of our day to day working, developing services and supporting our teams to provide outstanding care. The role requires strong compassionate leadership, working closely with staff, young people and families/ carers.
There will be strong connections with our service PPI leads and trust PPI leads, ensuring CAMHS PPI involvement is represented in trustwide events and developments., Preference for location will be discussed at interview but there is an expectation that at times you are expected to travel between sites including non trust community sites.

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a CAMHS Patient and Public Involvement Lead. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to embedding our young people and carer's voices in all that we do.
You will be working as part of the CAMHS Senior Leadership Team, across the directorate which covers four boroughs (Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham and Croydon), National & Specialist Crisis, Inpatients and Outpatients departments. This role includes some evening and weekend working on occasions to develop and support accessible events.
