Full Job Description
The post holder will provide administrative support within the Patient Services Department, managing waiting lists, booking and sending out appointments for clinics, marking patients as attending / non-attending and undertake audio typing for specialist clinics and consultants. The post holder will also provide a range of clerical and secretarial services as directed.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to undertake the role of a Band 3 Patient Services Co-ordinator, based within the Patient Services Department at Brecon War Memorial Hospital . The post holder will require excellent communication skills, have a positive and flexible approach to the needs of the service, be motivated, ready for the next challenge and enjoy working as part of a very busy team., Knowledge of WPAS and previous audio typing experience is desirable.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
