An exciting and new opportunity, due to business growth, has arisen to work as part of NHS Professionals Pay and Reward team. The role is based in our Hemel Hempstead office with some hybrid work (2 days in the office) This is a Fixed Term Contract role. Reporting to the Pay Team Leader you will provide a comprehensive and professional pay service to all internal and external NHS Professionals customers and stakeholders. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the Operations Implementation, Pay Rate projects and working on support desk pay queries for our bank staff members. About The Candidate, Objectives of the role:

  • Operational Implementation and maintenance of NHS Professionals Pay Rate projects.
  • Management of the provision of a comprehensive knowledge based, high quality advisory service on information systems to NHS Professionals managers, staff, flexible workers, clients, and external agencies.
  • Managing contact us tickets on pay queries including holiday and responding with SLA
  • Responding to pay queries in a timely manner

    To be successful in the role, you will have good
  • organisational skills
  • strong customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills using different methods and at all levels.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Experience of working with Microsoft and Oracle databases.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be able to work independently
  • Manage your own workload.
  • Confident in building relationships
  • Working well in a fast-moving environment
