With expertise in Fourth payroll systems, you will provide a crucial link between HR and Finance, upholding the hotel's reputation for excellence behind the scenes. What you'll do:

• Administer and process payroll with precision using the Fourth payroll system.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, ensuring exceptional communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain and update payroll records in compliance with legal and company standards.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure timely reporting and accurate data management.
• Assist with end-of-month reporting and any ad hoc tasks as required.
  
  Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of Fourth payroll systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
