As a Financial Analyst in our Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will partner with us to deliver strategic financial insights and drive decision-making. You will have the opportunity to lead key financial measures, such as expenses and headcount, providing value-added reporting and analysis. Together, we will enhance our financial processes and collaborate with Technology Managers and peers across Finance and Business Management.,

  • Calculate and consolidate month-end results, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers and provide insightful commentary.
  • Develop and track performance metrics, creating presentations for senior management.
  • Oversee the process to deliver accurate month-end results, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Design new reports and dashboards to efficiently communicate financial results.
  • Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 7+ years of experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of automation and visualization tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
  • Highly motivated, able to thrive under pressure, with excellent time management skills.
  • Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Team player respected as a trusted partner for Business, Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis Teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets., Experience in Financial Services or an accounting/controller background.
  • Familiarity with financial control and strategic analysis.
  • Experience in developing new reporting capabilities, such as dashboards.
