Full Job Description

We're looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll team to support with the monthly payroll activities. You will process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will also create payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.,

  • Manage payroll deductions, benefits, and garnishments with accuracy.

  • Prepare and distribute paychecks, direct deposits, and annual W-2 forms.

  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting required changes.

  • Handle confidential employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and maintain proper documentation.

  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure seamless flow of payroll-related information.

  • Help with year-end audits and other financial audits related to payroll.

    Experience in payroll processing is essential

  • Some experience in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) combined with good Excel skills.

  • Understanding of payroll processes and laws and regulations.

  • Accuracy skills and expertise in solving problems.

  • Self reliant and work and as part of a team.


  • Desirable
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
