Full Job Description

Helping Hands has been established for over 30 years and throughout that time the Payroll Department has grown and developed and is a key department to the business. To contribute to and exceed upon future growth we are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator at our support office in Alcester., This exciting position reports into the Payroll Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll data input alongside the rest of the payroll team for our 150 branches and Live In Carer Services. You will have a strong working relationship with all the operational teams that work across the board. This position warrants provision of excellent Customer Service to our valued carers.,

  • Distribution of carers P45's
  • Collation of new starter P46's to make sure they are paid 'right first time'
  • Speak to carers via telephone and email to help them with payroll queries
  • Responsible for the companies housekeeping account
  • Support the Payroll Officers and Payroll Team Leader with payroll checks ahead of submission of the wages

    Ideally you will have 12 months payroll or administration experience and be comfortable with excel, being able to pivot tables and VLOOKUP'S. You will be confident, process driven individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Be able to prioritise your workload and adhere to tight deadlines.
