Full Job Description

  • Responsible for inputting data and updating employee records into the ADP iHCM system accurately and timely
  • Running reports and reconciling the payroll for approval
  • Reconciling HMRC payment to EPS and gateway
  • Administering statutory pay and deductions
  • Administering RSUs and stock exercises
  • Checking NMW compliance
  • Preparing data for end of tax year
  • Preparing Payroll GL for upload to Finance system
  • Preparing data for pension provider
  • Dealing with queries from employees, HR and other parties and investigating discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Commitment to delivering accurate & reliable information to the business
  • Commitment to understanding company policies
  • Provide support to any ad hoc administration activities and projects involving payroll

  • Experience using ADP iHCM system
  • Experience using excel including vlookups
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Up to date with current payroll legislation
  • Understanding of need for confidentiality, observing GDPR legislation
  • Highly Desirable
  • CIPP qualification in Payroll or equivalent
