We are a leader in the supply of dealer services for some of the world's leading manufacturers. Our network of Car and Commercial dealerships now stretches across Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands and includes a number of different franchises including Vauxhall, VW Commercials, Nissan, and DAF. - We have an opportunity to join our accounting team as a payroll administrator. This role will be responsible for processing our weekly and monthly payrolls for our North West operations for up to 200 employees. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for collating and verifying the payroll data and preparing this for submission to the bank. - Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times. - Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, i.e. 37.5 hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid). - What you'll be doing: - Preparation of payrolls for submission to bank - RTI Submissions - Employee query resolution - Timesheet consolidation - Processing starters - Processing leavers and issuing P45s - Parental Leaves - Sickness - Ad-hoc payment / deduction requests - Benefits BIK admin (Car / PMI) - Payroll reporting for accounting team

Good knowledge of PAYE and statutory payments - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent attention to detail - 2+ years of payroll experience

- CIPP qualification desirable but not essential
