Payroll Administrator

This role will be mainly tosupport the Payroll Manager in the processing of multipleinternational payrolls and one UK payroll and to assist with anyassociated ad-hoc tasks. The role may also include the processingof employee expenses for payment via payroll.,

• Processingof multiple monthly and bi-monthly international payrolls usingvarious payroll systems and international payrollproviders
• Ensure employees are paid correctlyand on time
• Assist in the processing of one UKpayroll
• Deal with payroll queries fromemployees
• Assist the Payroll Manager withad-hoc administration tasks
• Processing of UKand international employee out of pocket expenses for payment viapayroll
  
  Minimum of one years' experience working within a Payrollenvironment
• Excellent attention todetail
• Strong verbal and written communicationskills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Wordskills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines andcomplete work to a high standard under pressure
• Confident, adaptable personality with a positive attitudetowards change and new challenges
• Experienceof working in a large, fast paced business
