This exciting role is at the forefront of our new payroll revolution, supporting the launch and implementation of Dayforce, our cutting-edge system going live in July!, As a Payroll Analyst, you'll work closely with our Managed Services payroll provider, offering expert guidance on payroll matters and ensuring all team members are paid correctly.   • Assist the Payroll Manager with accurate end-to-end payroll processing.

  • Support tax year-end/start, P11D & NIC payments, and business recharge.

  • Handle all parental leave processes including letters, payment schedules, and 'keep in touch days.'

  • Conduct monthly payroll audits and balancing.

  • Support and check redundancy payments and investigate and support payroll overpayments.

  • A strong payroll background ideally with experience working in a large-scale organisation.

  • Excellent knowledge of UK payroll legislation.

  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Methodical with an attention to detail whilst working at pace.
