Full Job Description

RGS Worcester is seeking a Payroll Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover) to lead and drive the payroll for approximately 450 staff across 4 Schools.

The Payroll Co-ordinator will be responsible for the management and processing of the RGSW payroll, from adding additional hours, updating any salary changes to submitting all pension reports and necessary HMRC submissions. They will liaise closely with HR and will support the School Accountant.

This is being offered on a part time basis, there is some flexibility on when hours are worked but it must be 30 hours minimum per week. Full time would also be considered for the right candidate. Please indicate your preferred working pattern on your application form. There will be operational periods such as payroll processing/cut-off times which will be essential to be worked.
