Full Job Description

As a Payroll & Pensions Coordinator at BrisDoc Healthcare Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and pensions for our dedicated staff.

Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage sensitive financial information will be essential as you contribute to the efficiency and success of our payroll services.

You will have involvement with the entire payroll process, from handling new starters and leavers to processing salary adjustments, overtime, statutory payments, and deductions. Your role includes maintaining and updating detailed payroll records, ensuring strict compliance with relevant legislation, and addressing payroll-related queries with clarity and professionalism.

You'll collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to verify and reconcile payroll data, support month-end and year-end payroll activities, and assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports., Process the monthly payroll for all PAYE employees from start to finish including starters, leavers and sending RTI transmissions to HMRC

Process the payroll for the self-employed workforce

Dealing with payroll queries

Processing all pension payments on behalf of PAYE staff, self employed and if applicable, agency staff

Maintaining accurate records

Perform others duties as required, this may also include working additional hours depending on business need

We are looking for someone who has strong knowledge of MS tools such as excel with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Sage 50 payroll.
