Payroll Manager

Oversee and manage the payroll process for the organization
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including data entry, calculations, and deductions
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll records
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Proficient in using payroll software such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or other HRIS systems
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Note: Experience with accounts payable is not mentioned in the requirements section as it is not directly relevant to the role of a Payroll Manager.
